Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully.
Whether confirmed by completion or not, booking by email, you are governed by these Terms and Conditions as outlined below.
BOOKING
A provisional booking can be made via email. This provisional booking is valid for 28 days. In which time you must send completed signed/dated copies of our Booking Form and Terms & Conditions Form, together with a deposit. After 28 days your provisional booking may be cancelled. Payment of the balance is to be received 28 days before the first day of your chartered week. If a refund becomes necessary this will be refunded via BACS to your preferred account.
CANCELLATIONS
Your deposit will only be refunded if you give us 20 weeks or more notice. After this period the deposit will be lost. If you cancel with 28 days or less notice, you will be billed the entire charter fee. Bookings are only accepted on the clear understanding that deposits are non-refundable, and that holiday insurance is sought in order to cover yourselves and us from loss of funds due to cancellation beyond control of either party and ‘Force Majeure’. We provide a boat service and are not responsible for cancellations of any other bookings you’ve made as part of your holiday e.g. travel to the islands and accommodation. Dangerous, offensive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated. The skipper holds the right to cancel a booking at any point if a member of the party is deemed to be abusive towards them or a member of crew or behaving dangerously on board. A refund will be made minus any days actually completed on the charter.
DIVING
Bookings are made for 6 days diving, 2 recreational dives a day of up to an hour each with a 2 hour surface interval. We are not able to reduce the cost of a day’s charter if some of your party decide not to dive. In the infrequent event of very poor weather meaning we cannot safely take you to a safe dive site, the day will be refunded. If a member of your dive group cannot travel due to having to self-isolate or having caught Covid-19 or other illness, the daily charter rate will not be reduced.
We shall not be liable to you or your party for loss of damage of your belongings howsoever arising. You must take all necessary steps to safeguard yourselves and your belongings.
We operate a NO SMOKING RULE aboard. We are responsible for the vessel and the life saving equipment located on board. Oxygen and other first aid equipment is located on board.
